Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working on projects within the unemployment insurance domain.
• Experience with state government projects.
• Experience overseeing system modernization projects.
• Experience supporting state clients in eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, or information management.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of testing including partner integration testing and client relationship management.
• Producing deliverables and reviewing team outputs for quality and accuracy.
• Applying knowledge of the client environment, business needs, and project scope to day-to-day execution.
• Guiding junior professionals across assigned tasks and workstreams.
