Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Government Solutions to drive value realization, usage growth, and long-term agency satisfaction across government accounts. You will guide public sector agencies through product implementation and deliver tailored training, unlocking actionable insights from data analytics.

We prefer candidates in Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Cleveland, or Chicago, with openness to other North territory locations. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years in enterprise customer success, strategic account management, or technical consulting.
• 1+ years supporting state government agencies.
• Cross-functional liaison across sales, product, and technical support.
• Strong project management track record for retention and adoption.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with State Account Executives to drive adoption and expansion.
• Act as public sector SME for onboarding, integration planning and enablement.
• Conduct value-realization reviews to optimize usage and mitigate churn.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering and product on feedback and enhancements.
• Develop automated data reporting workflows for weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics.
• Support end-to-end account health and strategic planning.
