Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven engagement strategies to drive adoption and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure swift resolution.
• Identify expansion opportunities and align roadmap features with customer needs.
• Leverage data, BI, and AI to track health and scale high-touch account planning.
• Advocate for customers to inform product improvements.
• Travel up to 80% for in-person district visits and stakeholder meetings.
