By serving as a trusted advisor, the CSM guides public sector agencies through product implementation, delivers tailored solution training, and unlocks actionable insights through data analytics. This position bridges technology operations and strategic account management to maximize the impact of Equifax data solutions, driving long-term customer retention and business expansion.
While we are ideally seeking a candidate based in Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Cleveland, or Chicago for easy access to major hub airports, we are open to qualified applicants residing anywhere within the North territory.
Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,000 to $130,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program at approximately 20%. The application window is anticipated to close on 9/14/26.
