Can/Am Technologies in Denver is seeking a experienced Project Manager to lead Teller implementations for city and county governments from contract signature to go-live. You will manage multiple projects, create clear plans with owners and dates, and coordinate with clients, our team, and external vendors.

The role reports to the Director of Implementations. This is a hybrid position in Denver with monthly travel, and a path to impact growth by delivering projects on time and on budget while

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing software or IT implementation projects for external clients, several at a time.
• Organized, steady communicator with scope, timeline and budget experience.
• Experience using Jira or Smartsheet; clear written plans and status reports.
• Travel one to two times a month; PMP or similar is nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Plan each implementation: scope, tasks, owners, timelines and billing milestones.
• Run client and internal status meetings and keep project status current.
• Manage scope changes through written change requests.
• Track estimated against actual hours and flag variances before overruns.
• Coordinate implementation specialists, developers and third-party vendors.
• Manage billing milestones and resolve invoice questions with clients.
• Create and add change requests to the project timeline.
• Lead cutover and a clean handoff to Support after go-live.
