Job summary

Can/Am Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead Teller implementations for city and county governments from contract signature to go-live. You will run multiple projects, create clear plans with owners and dates, and keep clients, our team and vendors aligned.

Reporting to the Director of Implementations, this hybrid Denver-based position requires occasional client-site visits and travel. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and foster ongoing client advocacy for Teller.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing software or IT implementation projects for external clients, several at a time.
• Ability to break large projects into owned, dated tasks and run meetings that end with decisions.
• Experience using a project management tool such as Jira or Smartsheet; clear written plans andStatus reports.
• Nice to have: PMP or similar certification, milestone billing.

Responsibilities

• Plan each implementation: scope, tasks, owners, timelines and billing milestones.
• Run client and internal status meetings and keep project status current.
• Manage scope changes through written change requests.
• Track estimated against actual hours and flag variances before overruns.
• Coordinate implementation specialists, developers and third-party vendors.
• Manage billing milestones and resolve invoice questions with clients.
• Create and add change requests to the project timeline.
• Lead cutover and a handoff to Support after go-live.
