Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Windows 10 and Chrome, type 30 wpm, and navigate the internet.
• Must multitask and use multiple computer programs simultaneously.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with variable shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Must learn and demonstrate knowledge of products and services supported.
• Must sit, type, and focus on computer work for long durations.
• Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers and partners through phone calls and emails.
• Assist in meeting customer service goals and service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services.
• Meet requirements as set by the government contract as well as amendments.
• Utilize reference materials to assist in resolving inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer and agency information.
