Job summary

Esper is seeking an Implementation Analyst to drive value for government customers by delivering complete, efficient implementations of the Esper platform. This role sits within the growing Professional Services organization and focuses on system configuration, data structuring, and administrator training.

You will guide new customers from kickoff through go-live, partnering with senior resources to ensure deployments are set up for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation consulting or related external-client role.
• Experience configuring or deploying workflow-based SaaS platforms in a Professional Services or post-sales environment.
• Experience analyzing and reporting on operational data; familiarity with government processes is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage new customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, including configuration and data structuring.
• Serve as the technical contact for new customers deploying Esper and expanding functionality.
• Interact with government leaders and policy staff to guide them through implementation and enable administrators.
