Job summary

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with FAR, and the ability to supervise multiple teams and reporting activities across contract portfolios. On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing government contracts or federal program operations.
• Strong ability to supervise teams and manage multiple deadlines.
• Working knowledge of FAR and federal contracting requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration or related field preferred.
• HUD, FHA, mortgage servicing, claims processing, or real estate asset management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily contract operations and ensure compliance with contract requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government representatives and internal leadership.
• Lead team supervisors and staff, assign priorities, and monitor workloads and productivity.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, service standards, and performance metrics.
• Review reports and work products for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
• Address operational issues, client concerns, and escalated cases.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Maintain contract records and support audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and process improvements.
• Monitor contract costs and resource needs with company leadership.
• Communicate contract changes and ensure staff follow updated requirements.
