  • Review reports and work products for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
  • Address operational issues, client concerns, and escalated cases.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
  • Maintain contract records and support audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate staffing, training, and process improvements.
  • Monitor contract costs and resource needs with company leadership.
  • Communicate contract changes and ensure staff follow updated requirements.
