Qualifications

• 3 years of government property management experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Active Secret clearance or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with program offices and government property personnel on GFP transfers.
• Maintain GFP policies and procedures.
• Track monthly metrics and audit GFP transfer requests.
• Oversee GFP transfer closeout and property identification.
• Coordinate audits of subcontractors.
• Reconcile GFP transfer requests and extend GFP cases.
• Work with customers and government personnel on GFP transfers.
• Ensure property management across campuses.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
