Qualifications

• 5 years of government property management experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in government property management.
• Active Top Secret clearance is required prior to start date.
• Knowledge of GFP and IUID data is essential.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and audits.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison with internal and external customers.
• Supervise a team of Property Management Professionals.
• Maintain compliance with company policy and government regulations.
• Support Government reviews of the Property Management System.
• Monitor GFP and IUID data integrity and maintain auditable records.
