Responsibilities

Oversee Draper Property Office and GFP/CAP/property lifecycle processes.
Supervise staff and provide performance feedback.
Assist with hiring and evaluations of team members.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Program Offices, and Shipping/Receiving.
Lead Property Office self-assessments and audits.
Set department goals and conduct trainings.
Advise internal program personnel and external stakeholders on Government Property matters.
Develop and update policies and procedures for property management.
Monitor FAR/DFARS changes and implement updates.
Ensure data integrity and auditable records in property system.
