Job summary

Draper in Reston, VA is hiring a Government Property Supervisor to lead a team of Property Management Professionals and ensure compliance with government regulations. The role is hybrid with on-site work as needed and requires active Top Secret clearance.

Candidate should have 5+ years in government property management and 1+ year supervisory experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree and NPMA CPPS certification. Expect interaction with audits, GFP/IUID, and contract property closeout.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR 52.245-1, FAR Part 45, DFARS 252.245-7003/7005 and related regs.
• Experience with DCMA audits and internal/external reviews.
• Familiarity with UID Registry and DCMA Etools.
• Experience with asset management systems and data reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze, discuss and present results to leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Some travel is required.
• Active TS clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with internal and external customers.
• Supervise a team of Property Management Professionals.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and government regulation.
• Support Government reviews of the Property Management System.
• Monitor GFP and IUID data integrity.
• Maintain auditable records of Customer/Government-Owned Property.
• Oversee Contractor Outcomes of the Property Management System and PIEE activity.
• Assist with physical inventory of property.
• Write correspondence to customers, suppliers, and government personnel.
• Participate in work groups and other duties as assigned.
