Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Manager, Government Property to oversee GFP, CAP, and company-owned property for the Cambridge facility and other campuses. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, and aligning property practices with government contracts.

The position requires extensive government property experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage audits, policy updates, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant government property experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in government property.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPPA or NPMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Gov Property Office operations and ensure compliance with FAR life-cycle processes.
• Supervise direct reports and provide ongoing feedback on performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Program Offices, and Shipping/Receiving to support property management.
• Lead property audits and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
• Maintain auditable property system data and reports for all government property.
