Job summary

Draper is seeking a Manager, Government Property to oversee GFP, CAP, and company-owned property at the Cambridge facility and across campuses. You will manage the property life-cycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team to deliver consistent, auditable processes.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Program Offices, and external stakeholders, implement policy updates, and coordinate property audits and remediation efforts. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing government property life-cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the Draper Property Office and GFP, CAP, and company-owned property.
• Supervise and develop property management staff and provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Program Offices, and Shipping/Receiving; support property audits.
• Maintain auditable records and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Coordinate Subcontractor Controls and IUID processes as required.
