Job summary

KBR Careers in Florida is seeking a Government Property Supervisor to support the Government Property Manager through the full lifecycle of property management, including audits under FAR 52.245-1. You will mentor staff, develop work plans, and ensure resources align with contract requirements across the site.

Responsibilities include coordinating unit objectives, tracking metrics with Visual Management, and reporting on financial and property standards to meet regulatory and contractual

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of team or personnel management experience.
• Proficiency in FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards and regulatory compliance.
• Lead or support Self-Assessments of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes in FAR 45 and FAR 52.245‑1.
• Supervise staff, including assigning duties, training, evaluations, and coaching.
• Participate in budgeting, scheduling, planning, and reporting to support goals.
• Develop unit objectives, work plans, and resource schedules to meet requirements.
• Create and analyze metrics and reporting using Visual Management for process improvements.
• Apply knowledge across Aerospace Administrative, Engineering, and Integrated Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain site Government Property Standards and Monthly Assessment Reporting, including Financial Reporting per Contract.
• Conduct Property Coordinator Meetings and Training for staff and cross-functional groups.
