Job summary

KBR, Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Government Property Supervisor in a hybrid/remote role to support the Government Property Manager, conduct DCMA audits, and ensure compliance with FAR 52.245-1 and related property standards.

You will coach staff, set objectives, assist budgeting, and produce metrics using Visual Management to improve processes across functions and meet site requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of related work, or HS diploma with 8 years.
• 3 years of experience in managing a team or personnel.
• Proficiency in FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to FAR Government Property standards.
• Participate in or oversee Self-Assessments of Government Property Outcomes.
• Supervise staff with training, evaluations and coaching.
• Assist budgeting, planning, scheduling and reporting activities.
• Create metrics and reports to improve processes.
