Job summary

KBR (Global Asset Management) is hiring for an Operations Coordinator on-site in the United States. The role supports government property management, asset tracking, and compliance across multiple sites, including audits and FAR regulations.

You will work closely with Property functions to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and drive corrective actions while ensuring contract deliverables meet required standards. The position requires U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the site DCMA audits and Self-Assessment requirements per FAR 45/52.245-1.
• Support Property objectives, work plans, and delivery schedules of Property Functions.
• Build relationships within Government and customer asset management communities.
• Support and ensure execution of corrective action plans.
• Track and compile metric data and Property Management Self-Assessment data.
• Support cross functional groups to ensure Property Compliance Practices, Policies and Standards are followed.
• Communicate and implement process changes with site stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of FAR regulations over transfers of government property.
• Create and verify DD1149s for asset transfers and accountability.
• Maintain repository for DD1149s and voucher log for Space and Defense.
• Perform Cost/No Cost Property transfers and follow on contracts.
• Process Ship-In-Place hardware and assist in Closeout and disposition methods.
• Generate reports as required and assist with physical inventory of assets.
• Assist with other duties as required.
