Job summary

KBR’s Global Asset Management group offers comprehensive manufacturing and supply chain solutions across 20+ locations for commercial and government customers. The Operations Coordinator role supports property systems, audits, and contractual compliance while coordinating material flow and project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of directly related experience preferred; education may substitute in some cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide active support for audits conducted by the DCMA and fulfill self-assessment obligations per FAR requirements.
• Implement Property Procedures and Policies to uphold government-approved business systems and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and report material flow across multiple systems for contract deliverables and metrics.
• Assist in property responsibilities to support Aero site compliance and government contracting eligibility.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and verify specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support project execution and deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation.
