Job summary

BAE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Government Property Management assistant to support PIEE and PCARSS activities, including disposal and property closeout transfers. You will collaborate with Program Management, Receiving, and Supply Chain to ensure compliance and timely actions.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to policy, regulations, and procurement processes. This position is office-based within the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree plus 3 years relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, ERPs, and Access for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Disposal entries and property closeout transfers during contract closeout.
• Assist reviews of government property control with management and Purchasing.
• Support government property surveys and address deficiencies with corrective actions.
• Provide work status updates to leads and maintain regulatory knowledge.
• Interface with government representatives and internal departments.
