Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) is seeking a Government Property Administrator to own centralized management of government and customer property throughout its lifecycle, including acquisition, receipt, identification, records, inventory, and disposition.

You will interpret contractual and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical controls across Contracts, Supply Chain, Material Control, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and site

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, contract management, or related field.
3+ years in government property administration or related area.
Knowledge of FAR Part 45 and FAR 52.245-1 and PMS requirements.
Experience with property in aerospace/defense or government contracting environments.
Experience supporting PMSA, audits or corrective actions strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer government and customer property management per FAR and contract requirements.
Maintain and improve the Property Management Plan and related controls.
Coordinate full property lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
Prepare property reports and maintain supporting evidence.
Lead self-assessments and corrective actions arising from reviews and audits.
Train employees and coordinate property requirements with suppliers and subcontractors.
Establish performance measures to improve accuracy, reporting, and disposition.
