Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) is seeking an experienced Government Property Administrator to own government and customer property management full lifecycle, including acquisition, receipt, identification, records, inventory, movement, and disposition.

The ideal candidate will interpret contractual and regulatory requirements, translate them into practical controls, and work across Contracts, Supply Chain, Program Management, and site operations to build an audit-ready

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years in government property administration, asset management, inventory control, or related compliance.
Knowledge of FAR Part 45 and FAR 52.245-1, and property lifecycle requirements.
Experience administering government- or customer-furnished property in aerospace/defense contexts.
Experience supporting PMSA, audits, or corrective actions is preferred.
Ability to translate contractual/regulatory requirements into clear procedures and controls.

Responsibilities

Administer government and customer property management per contract requirements, FAR, DFARS, and company procedures.
Review contracts, POs, and clauses to identify ownership, reporting, inventory, and disposition needs.
Maintain Property Management Plan, procedures, forms, and training materials.
Coordinate full property lifecycle from acquisition to disposition and closeout.
Maintain accurate property records; reflect ownership, contract, location, quantity, and condition.
Plan and document physical inventories; reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare reports and maintain supporting evidence.
Lead self-assessments and corrective actions from audits and reviews.
Manage aging/excess/inactive/disposed property and required investigations.
Support contract and program closeout with proper return/disposition of property.
Develop role-based training and guidance for employees.
