Job summary

The role requires coordinating with logistics, repair, shipping, and program support teams while handling mission-critical equipment and government-owned assets. Responsibilities include receiving property, creating repair orders, and managing shipments with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of related experience, or 2 years post-secondary + 4 years experience.
• Understanding of FAR 52.245-1 and government property management requirements.
• Willingness to obtain National Property Management Association certificates.
• Understanding of Government Contracts reading and interpretation.
• SAP experience with inventory and property systems.
• Ability to lift and transport heavy objects.
• Detail oriented with strong audit/compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains records and logs of government property under FAR 52.245-1.
• Coordinates government property transfers and inventories.
• Prepares property status reports and participates in audits.
• Responsible for managing a portion of contract owned inventory.
• Tracks Government Property through customer systems: CAVS, CALMSS, FOCUS.
• Supports cross-functional teams in logistics, repair, shipping and program support.
