Job summary

Collins Aerospace's Customer Property Team in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring a Manager to support government property across defense programs. This onsite role reports to the Associate Director, GOV Compliance and may travel up to 20%.

You will ensure compliance with FAR 45/52.245-1, lead the onsite staff, and coordinate with government customers and internal stakeholders, while driving process improvements and relocation support.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8+ years experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Previous Government Property Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer property system complies with contractual requirements and policies.
• Manage property outcomes identified in FAR 45 and 52.245-1.
• Coordinate with Contract Management to action property-related requirements.
• Lead onsite property personnel and interface with site leadership.
• Support assessments/audits and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor business plans and KPI reviews with RCCA actions.
• Provide training on property management compliance.
• Drive continuous improvements across the property management system.
