The City of Tucson is seeking a Property Agent to support the Real Estate Division with property management, acquisition, disposition, and related services for City departments. Work involves leasing government buildings and land, negotiating terms with tenants, and coordinating with internal teams to meet project requirements in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate degree and at least two years of relevant experience, plus the ability to use GIS

• Associate degree required.
• Two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Arizona Driver License or equivalent preferred/required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with property management of government-owned properties to meet safety, legal and operational standards.
• Handle leasing and rental agreements for government buildings and land.
• Support negotiation of terms with tenants while ensuring contract compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to align property needs with project requirements.
• Assist with acquisition of new properties for government use.
• Maintain and organize electronic and paper files with relevant documents.
