Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property management and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage University leased property portfolio, ensuring lease compliance and maintenance.
• Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders to resolve property issues.
• Plan and manage renovations, tenant improvements, and other facility projects from start to finish.
• Provide real estate analysis and planning to support acquisitions and space utilization decisions.
• Communicate complex property information and coordinate with internal/external partners.
