General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. seeks an entry-level Property Control Administrator to oversee accountability of government and company property under government regulations and corporate policy.
Under close supervision, you will maintain records, perform property audits, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory changes while handling reports and sensitive information. A Bachelor's in related field is preferred, with willingness to travel and obtain DoD clearance.

Under close supervision, this position is responsible for administering property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, or company property in accordance with applicable government regulations or corporate policy.

Typically requires education or formal training equivalent to the completion of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, management or related field. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
Must have a basic understanding of government property administration principles, theories and concepts as well as a basic understanding of property administration practices, techniques, and standards.
Background in data management, reporting, and analytical experience.
Must possess:
the ability to exercise independent judgment in solving routine tasks and issues
good organizational, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report and present findings
good interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of employees including management and outside representatives
good computer skills
The ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential, as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required.
May require a valid California driver's license with a good driving record verified by the DMV.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance is required.
