You will coordinate BRQ activities, track milestones, and manage risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing business analysis or requirements management.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into system configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience documenting workflows and business rules.
• Familiarity with project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead BRQ process with stakeholders and ensure timely documentation.
• Translate client needs into actionable implementation deliverables.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Sales, Product, Operations to draft documentation.
• Maintain document version control and audit trails across programs.
• Ensure documentation aligns with state and local regulations.
