Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking an Implementation Consultant to translate client needs into actionable implementation deliverables and coordinate across Engineering, Legal, Sales, Product, and Operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory awareness, and strong documentation practices.

You will manage business requirements, ensure alignment with client expectations, and support milestone delivery while maintaining rigorous control of documentation and configuration changes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a client-facing role involving business requirements management or related technology implementations.
• Partnering with Engineering, Software Development, Product or other technical teams to translate business requirements into system configurations or implementation deliverables.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical, regulatory, and business concepts clearly.
• Experience developing, documenting, maintaining, and standardizing process flows, workflows, and procedural documentation.
• Familiarity with project management and issue-tracking tools like Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead BRQ (Business Requirements) process by coordinating internal and external contributions and documenting requirements for client-specific system configuration and technical needs.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client objectives, workflows, business rules, and implementation requirements to ensure alignment with client expectations and program goals.
• Support Project Leader with implementation milestones and deliverables; identify, document, and communicate risks, dependencies, and challenges with stakeholders.
• Draft, review, finalize, and deliver program-specific documentation including citations, notices, certifications, affidavits, and other required materials.
• Maintain document version control, revision histories, and audit trails across multiple client programs; ensure changes are tracked, reviewed, and approved.
• Ensure documentation and configuration requirements align with state/local legislation, internal policies, and system capabilities, and identify opportunities to improve gathering, management, and workflow efficiency.
