Job summary

Verra Mobility is hiring an Implementation Consultant to combine business requirements management with technical documentation for state and local government programs. You will translate client needs into actionable BRQs, collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Sales, Product, and Operations, and manage documentation across multiple programs.

You will coordinate milestones, assess regulatory requirements, and deliver precise program materials, notices, and certifications while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in a client-facing role involving business requirements management, business analysis, client configuration, or related tech implementations.
• Experience translating client needs into system configurations, technical specs, or delivery artifacts with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead BRQ process with internal/external stakeholders and accurately document requirements for configuration.
• Assess client objectives and workflows to ensure alignment with program goals and regulations.
• Coordinate implementation milestones, identify risks, and communicate dependencies to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver program documents, notices, certifications, and affidavits with cross-functional input.
• Maintain document version control and audit trails across programs.
• Ensure documentation/configuration aligns with state/local legislation and internal policies.
• Identify improvements to gathering, documentation, and delivery processes for scalability.
