Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking an Implementation Consultant to gather, validate, and document client business rules and operational workflows for state and local government programs. You will work closely with Engineering, Legal, Sales, Product, and Operations to translate client needs into accurate implementation deliverables and ensure program compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a client-facing role involving business requirements management or related discipline
• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations or implementation deliverables
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex information
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple client engagements and priorities
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, SOWs, and PSAs to understand scope and responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead BRQ process by managing internal and external stakeholder contributions and documenting requirements
• Develop understanding of client objectives, workflows, rules, and implementation requirements
• Support Project Leader with milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and timely resolutions
• Draft, review, and deliver program documentation including notices, certifications, affidavits
• Maintain document version control, histories, and audit trails across programs
• Ensure alignment with state/local regulations, internal policies, and system capabilities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalable delivery
