Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of government pricing, financial analysis, reporting, or a related function.
• Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to calculate and submit accurate pricing and assess financial impact.
• Ability to clearly document and communicate complex information, business requirements, and pricing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously, combined with advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

• Lead accurate, timely, and compliant pricing calculations and submissions across applicable federal and state government programs.
• Translate evolving government regulations into clear pricing methodologies, business processes, controls, and system requirements.
• Apply sound judgment and high standards of integrity when making decisions aligned with company interests and compliance requirements.
• Analyze government pricing calculations and financial impacts, translating complex information into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders.
• Partner across functions, including Compliance, Legal, Information Technology, Security, Human Resources, and field teams.
• Lead government pricing projects while adapting to changing priorities and driving standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.
