Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators seeks a Program Manager (Operations and Workflow) to join our team in Arlington, VA. The PM will supervise day-to-day operations and synchronize office workflow with military/government staff, serving as site lead for administrative interfaces.

The role uses ETMS2/TMT to streamline processes, coordinate calendars, meetings, and security/IT needs, ensuring high-quality integration between Blue Sky and government partners.

Qualifications

• Ten years of USAF experience, including MAJCOM-level or higher in DS/CoS.
• Master's degree or equivalent (Air War College, SDE).
• Experience using ETMS2 or similar enterprise tools.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the team and synchronize workflow with government staff.
• Serve as site lead coordinating administrative interfaces between Government and Blue Sky.
• Leverage ETMS2/TMT to facilitate office workflow and task management.
• Coordinate calendars, weekly meetings, and security/IT support as needed.
