Job summary

BlueWater Federal is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the USAF at Maxwell AFB. The role leads ART-level execution across the BMx systems and manages contract performance.

You will coordinate Government engagement, oversee staffing and risk, chair release readiness reviews, and align modernization, sustainment, migration, and cybersecurity efforts. 15+ years in enterprise IT or program management and DoD project experience are required, with preferred certifications such as SPC, PMP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• 15+ years of enterprise IT and/or program management experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing DoD enterprise sustainment or modernization programs.
• Experience managing Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps software delivery programs, including enterprise systems modernization, operational sustainment, release governance, RMF/cATO, cloud migration oversight, and program financial management.
• Experience supporting Air Force, logistics, maintenance, or mission systems preferred.
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMP, ITIL Foundation or higher, and Security+ CE certifications preferred.

The Base Maintenance (BMx) Family of Systems program provides critical lifecycle support for enterprise U.S. Air Force logistics and maintenance systems that enable global mission readiness and sustainment operations.
