Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a large DoD program in Colorado Springs, CO. This role directs a ~400-person organization across multiple sites, focusing on mission performance, cost, schedule, staffing, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include program transitions, workforce planning, and managing government relationships, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. DoD security clearance and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance or ability to maintain clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of leadership experience in large DoD or Federal programs.
• PMP, PgMP or comparable certification; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution including mission performance, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Direct a ~400-person, multi-site organization through managers and leaders.
• Oversee contract transitions, workforce planning, onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer.
