Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is seeking a Government Operations Consultant II to manage and improve the agency’s project tracking system within the Office of Conservation Planning Services. Qualificações

• High school diploma required; eight years of professional experience may substitute for four years of college.
• Bachelor’s degree can substitute for four of the eight years’ experience; supervisory and customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and enhances the project tracking system, providing technical assistance to users and enforcing standards.
• Oversee the OCPS central inbox and ensure accurate entry, maintenance, and distribution of project information.
• Facilitate the agency commenting process and handle public records requests per guidelines and deadlines.
• Prepare reports, maintain archives, and coordinate with IT to address system issues and improvements.
• Serve as the primary OCPS HR liaison, assisting managers with recruitment, onboarding, separations, and personnel actions.
• Coordinate OCPS purchasing and guide staff on procedures, documentation, and deadlines.
• Manage contracts, monitor deliverables, invoices, renewals, and required documentation.
• Develop and maintain procedures for the project log, inbox, volunteer program, and external communications.
