Job summary

SouthState Bank, National Association is seeking an entry-level Gov’t Lending Annual Servicing Manager I to manage annual servicing for the government loan portfolio and assist with servicing action requests. The role involves collecting financial statements, performing cash flow analyses, and preparing servicing memos in line with bank guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting and at least one year of related experience, with strong Excel/Word skills

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting recommended.
• Experience: at least one year in related field.
• Knowledge of Windows and MS software applications required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of annual servicing tasks for Government Loan Portfolio.
• Request and spread financial statements for credit file updates.
• Prepare annual servicing memo per SSB guidelines and route for approval.
• Follow up on questions with SBA Servicing Manager and Relationship Manager.
• Submit risk rating changes after annual servicing.
• Maintain log and report on servicing metrics.
