You will support origination, processing, documentation, and servicing of SBA, USDA, and other government-guaranteed loan programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of web-based technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enters and maintains data on the system for new, renewed, and modified loans.
• Handles ongoing loan requests, including new loans, renewals, modifications, and extensions.
• Works with Loan Operations & Loan Officers to ensure accurate loan processing.
• Gathers documents needed for loan processing and annual reviews.
• Maintains knowledge of bank loan policy and applicable regulations.
