Qualifications

• Five+ years leading enterprise engineering teams, operations centers, or integrated eng-ops functions of similar size and complexity.
• Five+ years managing enterprise monitoring/observability or EOC/NOC functions.
• Five+ years of experience with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Oracle OEM, Zabbix).
• Current TS clearance is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day E&I operations in the CA EOC.
• Train, staff, and ensure operational efficiency of the EIM Team.
