Job summary

Philabundance is seeking a Government Food Program Specialist to oversee day-to-day admin and coordination of government food programs with participants, community partners, and external agencies. You will manage task plans, reporting, and SOPs, ensuring timely compliance and effective program operations.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in administration or customer service, with a High School diploma or GED and ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; additional education preferred.
• ServSafe Certification preferred; must achieve within 30 days of employment.
• 2-3 years of administration or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks to operate government food programs (CSFP, TEFAP).
• Import monthly orders into internal inventory system and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain reporting and compliance for internal teams and external agencies.
• Lead onboarding of new community partners and coordinate with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for government programs and ensure proper documentation.
