Job summary

Philabundance is seeking a Retail Rescue Coordinator II in Philadelphia to manage daily food sourcing operations and expand donor and partner relationships within the Retail Rescue program.

You will drive logistics with the Transportation team, ensure safe food handling, complete donor visits, and help implement procedures that improve efficiency and impact. This role requires travel up to 50% and a commitment to serving neighbors in need.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; higher degree preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred; must certify within 30 days.
• 2+ years in administration, customer service, logistics or purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Community Partnerships to pair donors with agencies for retail delivery opportunities.
• Coordinate with Transportation for daily routes and logistics.
• Resolve in-route delivery issues and communicate with retailers and drivers.
• Ensure donors follow safe food handling and donation guidelines.
• Complete weekly stewardship visits to donors; travel several days weekly.
