Job summary

Philabundance is seeking an Operations Safety Training Coordinator to develop, implement, and oversee safety programs across warehouse, transportation, and facilities. You will lead audits, ensure OSHA and food safety compliance, and deliver hands-on training to staff and volunteers in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations, strong communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
Proven ability to train and coach frontline operational staff.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Ability to create and facilitate training programs.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Drug test and background check required; light travel.
Working with confidential and financial information.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive safety program across all operational departments.
Oversee warehouse safety audits and OSHA compliance.
Manage transportation safety including DOT regulations if applicable.
Partner with Facilities to ensure safe building conditions and fire safety systems.
Develop and deliver forklift certification and new hire safety training.
Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses; track safety metrics and trends.
