The position focuses on full life cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, sourcing candidates via ATS, events, and referrals, and partnering with hiring managers on descriptions and screening criteria.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a recruiting agency or government services contractor.
• Experience with one or more Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to source hard to find talent using various sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Willingness to make cold calls and build a candidate network for current and future needs.
• Self-starter and goal oriented with a passion for research.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a workload of 15-20 active requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and screening criteria.
• Source active and passive candidates using ATS, job boards, referrals, and events.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and motivation.
• Schedule interviews and assist the hiring manager in decisions.
• Negotiate offers, prepare letters, and follow up to close candidates.
• Participate in proposal recruiting and recruiting events and process improvements.
