Vantor is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis and project control for government contracts in the United States. You will partner with program managers, accounting, and contracts teams to monitor performance, funding, expenditures, invoicing, and subcontract oversight.

The role requires a U.S. Person and 5–7 years of related experience, with Deltek Costpoint and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. Person required (citizen, permanent resident, asylee or refugee).
• 5–7 years of progressive financial analysis experience supporting government contracts; 4 more years may substitute for degree.
• 2–5 years' experience in government contract financial management, including budgeting, funded values, cost tracking, and profitability.
• Experience with project control analysis, invoicing, subcontract financial tracking, and funding monitoring.
• Experience developing annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and Costpoint Planning.

Responsabilités

• Perform project control analysis, monitor budgets and costs, and prepare forecasts.
• Track funding, expenditures, and remaining financed balances; coordinate updates with teams.
• Monitor invoices and receivables; assist in timely billing and collections.
• Oversee subcontract budgets and funding against authorized values.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and variance analyses; report to leadership.
