Vantor is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis and project control support for government contracts. The role collaborates with program managers, accounting, and contracts teams to monitor performance, funding, and expenditures, and to help develop operating plans and forecasts.

The position requires a U.S. Person and the ability to obtain Secret clearance. Strong Excel, Costpoint, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• U.S. Person status required.
• 5–7 years of progressive financial analysis experience supporting government contracts.
• 2–5 years' experience in government contract financial management.
• Deltek Costpoint experience.
• Advanced Excel skills to analyze complex financial data.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Strong communication with program managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform project control analysis of budgets, costs, and estimates.
• Track contract funding, expenditures, and funded balances.
• Monitor invoicing, billing status, and receivables, resolving discrepancies.
• Support development of annual operating plan and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly forecasts using Costpoint Planning.
• Produce financial reports and communicate risks and trends to leadership.
