Vantor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis and project control for government contracts. You will partner with program managers, accounting, and contracts teams to monitor performance, funding, and expenditures while supporting invoicing and forecasts.

This role requires a U.S. Person and prior Costpoint experience; you will maintain accurate project financial data and deliver monthly forecasts, variances, and reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 5–7 years of progressive financial analysis experience supporting government contracts.
• 2–5 years’ experience in government contract financial management, including contract budgets and cost tracking.
• Deltek Costpoint experience, incl. Costpoint Planning for budgeting/forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and the ability to reconcile and summarize complex financial data.
• Ability to communicate financial results clearly with program managers and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Perform project control analysis: budgets, actual costs, commitments, estimates to complete and at completion.
• Track contract funding levels, expenditures, and funded balances; flag funding shortfalls.
• Monitor invoices, billing status, and receivables; support timely billing and collection.
• Maintain project financial data in Deltek Costpoint and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and variance analyses; explain drivers and corrective actions.
• Prepare client status reports and participate in program reviews for stakeholders.
