Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Billing Analyst, Mid, to join the Accounts Receivable team and ensure accurate setup, processing, and auditing of government contract billing in Costpoint.

You will collaborate with Contract Administrators, Project Control, and Program Managers to resolve setup challenges, support audits, and maintain documentation, with 2+ years' experience and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of government contracts billing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up and maintenance of contracts in compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and requirements in our Costpoint accounting system.
• Support multiple program tasks simultaneously while prioritizing efforts with strict timelines to ensure service levels are met.
• Reconcile contract modifications against Costpoint records.
• Participate in contract kick-off meetings.
• Work closely with Contract Administrators, Project Control, and Program Managers to solve set-up challenges.
• Support external and internal audit teams with gathering documents.
