Ideal candidates have 2+ years in government billing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in government contracts billing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain contracts in Costpoint per terms and requirements.
• Support multiple program tasks with strict timelines to meet service levels.
• Reconcile contract modifications against Costpoint records.
• Participate in contract kick-off meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Contract Administrators, Project Control, and Program Managers to resolve issues.
• Support audit teams by gathering documents.
