Kaiva Tech, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer. The ideal candidate will analyze complaints and supporting documentation to determine disposition and draft clear analytical memoranda, maintaining strict adherence to laws, policies, and procedures.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience conducting legal analysis, investigations, compliance reviews, regulatory reviews, administrative reviews, or case evaluations preferred.
• Experience supporting government, regulatory, compliance, investigative, or legal operations environments preferred.
• Demonstrated legal writing, analytical, and research skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform research and analysis to support case review, investigative, and compliance activities.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and related written work.
• Maintain accurate case files and supporting records within applicable systems.
• Analyze large volumes of information and documentation while maintaining accuracy.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information when needed.
• Support quality assurance for timely and accurate work products.
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Protect sensitive and confidential information per policies.
